To cut to the chase
Ahead of a scheduled Football League full vote this summer, this is Football’s chance to be seen as a shining light in an unfair world – to be fair and willing to share. Give that right to fans and teams who dare to dream. You, the fans and the Football League, are the gateway and the custodians of the people’s game in so many ways. Please, surely there has to be at least one more set of golden keys?
Urge your members to give the Conference one more promotion spot. Is it so much so ask with the new TV deal just about to shower your members with even more cash? We are not asking for the cash handout, just give our teams the right to play our way onto the table.
BSP fans, believe we can do this together and rest assured The Football League will get an email every time someone signs.

O’Connor, Cunnington, Green, Barnes-Homer & Jevons Eye The BSP Muddy Boot
The hit-men of Newport, Tamworth, Mansfield, Macclesfield, Hyde, Hereford, Kidderminster Alfreton and Woking FC are the surprise contenders for the Blue Square muddy boot. You have to look down as far as 17th for Luton’s Andre Gray and 20th for Lincoln’s Jamie Taylor. Muddy may be a bit harsh, but this is a world away from the other Premier and will stay that way as long as 3 up 3 down is being blocked. Write to your MP and quick!
Thanks as ever for stopping by and reading Neil Gentleman-Hobbs
In joint poll position is Aaron O’Connor a veritable goal machine with 17 so far and no penalties to boot. Level with him is the silent but deadly of the Lambs, Cunnington who has slammed home 7 of his from the spot. A goal behind the rutting Stag Matt Green, our nap for the title, who is tied with Barnes-Homer of Macc (did Luton let him slip) in joint third. The grim and gifted Jevons of Hyde in 5th, is showing age and lack of height to be no barrier in the BSP. There are ten further back a goal or two behind and still very much in the running. If Clayton (Alfreton), Brown (Nuneaton), Crawford (Barnet FC), Elliott (Cambridge), Malbon (Harriers), Norwood (FGR) and Wright (Wrexham) started to taking penalties they would be well and truly in the mix.
