Woking FC In Focus

Gaffer Gary Hill has brought in 8 new faces: 3 strikers, Brett Williams (Reading) Bradley Bubb (Aldershot) & Loick Pires (Welling Utd); 2 midfielders, Lee Sawyer (Barnet) & Dean Sinclair (Lowestoft); plus 3 defenders, Mike Cestor (Orient), Brett Johnson (AFC Wimbledon) & Jack Parkingson (Welling Utd). The ex-Rushden boss is a canny operator and, although he is targeting survival, those loan links with Reading and Aldershot, both very local, suggest the clubs part-time status may serve as the perfect springboard to blood youngsters.  The Royals hot-shot Williams and The Shots Bradley Bubb, have serious goalscoring pedigree at non-league level.
