Lincolnshire clubs appear high


The Home Office Football-related arrests and football banning order statistics for Conference, League 2, League 1, Championship, and Premier League, for the Season 2013-14 have been released.

The report shoes another annual decrease of 183 0r 7% in League and cup competitions throughout the football pyramid. The total number of arrests stands at 2273 for the reporting period for the year ending September 3rd 2014.

The Premier League saw 596 arrests (total attendance of (13,930,810, The Championship 561 (9,189,051), League One 283 (4,199,179) League Two 159 (2,443,978) and the Conference Premier 135. The FA Cup figures show FA Cup 159 (1,889,624), Football League Cup 119 (1,362,360), and the Football League Trophy 70 (205,893)

Newcastle United top the pile with 127, followed by Cardiff City 93, Chelsea 91 and Millwall with 72. Grimsby Town would not only top the conference but League 2 too. Clearly this…
