Lincoln V Aldershot Heroes, Villains & Head-2-Head

After a 0-0 draw against Tamworth FC on the back of a 2-2 at Nuneaton The Imps face Aldershot who have just drawn 3-3 with Luton Town without Ben Tomlinson.  One could deduce the draw but football matches are won and lost on the pitch and generally fly in the face of my stats on a weekly basis.

What are shots saying –  FANS Forum

Hello everyone,  it’s your learned Prof here from the University of Lincoln. Fortunately history also has little relevance, thankfully, as our record even prior to the Shots relegating us is not to good.  The Imps have a better away record than home in the 38 matches played, albeit a 26% success rate.  To cut to the chase, let us look at the facts and stats and remember that games of football are only won and lost out on the pitch.

  1. Some of the stats are wrong, but a brilliant post as always. Look forward to the game!
