STMI Stats – Imps 1 Silkmen 0 – The Case For The defence Strengthens

A great solo effort from Danny Rowe, who advanced into the Macclesfield box before unloading a beauty will deservedly grab the headlines, but the Nolan/Foster/Brown/Boyce phalanx held on to record a second successive clean sheet as Macc came back to dominate the second half. Both sides had goals disallowed but in truth the Imps are beginning to look hard to beat.
