Imps Injury Woes Go – Tomlinson To start

With the mighty Middlesbrough Development Squad on the horizon, the news from the training ground is as positive as the rising sun over the iconic, unique and magnificent Cathedral setting this morning.  The case for the defence may begin in earnest against one of Europe’s most productive talent development facilities, but at least it can begin at last. Nat Brown, Tom Miller and Dan Gray look set to play at least a half tomorrow with Foster and fit again Boyce both raring to go. Danny Rowe, Mo Fofana and Jon Nolan are also fit suggesting the two defensive midfielders and the apex to the forward midfield trio, will see us able to give as good as we get.

With Middlesbrough, Scunthorpe (Tues) and Boston to come before the start of the season the defence should get the game time and stern test needed ahead of the opener at Woking
