The trio will join Alan Power and the six-foot Sincil soldiers in a side that has the spine to compete with the big boys in a 46-match marathon of a season. Although the Imps have a bottom 6 budget they look as if they will be there or there abouts as Simmo aims to put the smile back on Sincil faces. Should the Imps make the play-offs it could mean 49 games, plus cup commitments. The Trophy and FA Cup are seen as vital income streams by the manager who is aiming to create a new dynasty at the club to pave the way for a return to the Football League as soon as possible.

Although this season is a tough ask, the Management is looking to bring in at least 3 new faces before the season starts as well as loans to ensure the side realises the potential shared by a season ticket surge. Ticket sales are believed to be just about to break through the 800 barrier as the second discounted period also sees impressive sales so far.
